Start the new year right with a sauna and cold plunge in the Sound!
While the practice is commonplace in Scandinavian countries, contrast therapy (a combination of hot sauna and cold water swim) is quickly gaining popularity in the U.S. Studies show that contrast therapy can reduce inflammation, improve metabolism, boost dopamine, improve sleep and increase cellular resistance.
Pack a swimsuit and hop the ferry to Bainbridge Island where we’ll steam our stresses away and take reset plunge(s) in the healing salt water of the Puget Sound!
This field trip is limited to ten guests to allow for ample personal space in the Fire and Floe sauna. Please note, a signed Fire and Floe waiver required for participation.
