Arboretum Loop Trail

spring!

Maybe the warmer temperatures are only a tease, but we're running with it -- spring is here along with opportunities to explore, taste and discover:

Learn about Seattle's public parks (we have over 400 of them!) with Linnea Westerlind, author of Discovering Seattle's Parks: A Local's Guide.  March 20th at the Royal Room, get tickets.

Catch the works of local, artist savant, Gregory Blackstock, at the Greg Kucera Gallery through March 31st.  One of our all-time favorites!

Shellfish foraging with Langdon Cook and Bainbridge Parks. If you've always wanted to know how to dig for clams and harvest oysters, this is the season to do it!  To learn more, go here.

Seattle Art Museum's REMIX March 30th -- a night of art, story-telling, performance and dancing with DJ Riz Rolllins (!!!) -- don your color and sparkles and don't miss this feast for the senses!

Arboretum Loop Trail grand opening, April 8th from 12 - 3. After three years in the making, the newly opened trail will create a 2.5 mile loop through the Arboretum, just in time for viewing the blooming azaleas, rhododendrons and fruit trees.

The Mariners (opening day March 29th) and Sounders are back, catch a day game and cheer on Ichiro's return.
